Notice of Award

The Government of Guyana in collaboration with the Republic of Azerbaijan is offering a limited number of scholarships through the Heydar Aliyev – International Education Grant Program at the Master’s Level for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for consideration in the following fields of study: -

Field of Study:	Key Eligibility Requirements:
Computer Science – MSc. Data Analytics – MSc. Mechatronics and Robotic Engineering – Meng.	Applicants must be a holder of a valid Guyanese Passport Applicants must be below 40 years of age as of September 15, 2026 Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0

Closing date for submission of applications is March 27, 2026.
