Notice of Award
The Government of Guyana in collaboration with the Republic of Chile is offering a limited number of scholarships in Chile at the Master’s Degree level for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for consideration in the following fields of study: -

Electrical Engineering Technology | University of Conception |
Animal Health | Austral University of Chile |
Statistics | Catholic University of Vaparaiso |
Engineering – Transport & Logistics | Pontifical Catholic University of Chile |
Agroecology | University of Chile |
Neuroscience | Catholic University of Maule |
Key Requirements:
- Applicants must be a holder of a valid Guyanese Passport.
- Applicants must be fluent in the Spanish Language (i.e. must be able to speak, read and write in Spanish)
- Applicants must have an Unconditional Acceptance Letter from the relevant University
